Daniel Jablonsky, President and Chief Executive Officer

Daniel L. Jablonsky was appointed to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Maxar Technologies and to the Company’s Board of Directors on January 13, 2019.

Previously, Mr. Jablonsky had served as President of DigitalGlobe since October 2017, when the company became part of Maxar Technologies. He joined DigitalGlobe in 2012 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and also held the role of General Manager, International Defense & Intelligence from 2015 to 2017.

Prior to DigitalGlobe, Mr. Jablonsky was a shareholder at the law firm of Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck, LLP from 2011 to March 2012, where he practiced corporate and securities law. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Jablonsky served as the Interim Co-General Counsel of Flextronics International Ltd., and from 2007 to 2010, he held the role of Senior Corporate Counsel, Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions at Flextronics. Mr. Jablonsky previously was in-house counsel at UBS Financial Services, Inc., served in the enforcement division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and practiced corporate and securities law with O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Mr. Jablonsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Jablonsky was an officer and nuclear engineer in the U.S. Navy.

Biggs Porter*, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Biggs Porter joined Maxar Technologies in August 2018 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to Maxar, he spent five years as Executive Vice President and CFO at Fluor Corporation, and six years as CFO of Tenet Healthcare Corp. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Raytheon, Northrop Grumman and TXU.

He was twice named one of the 100 most influential people in finance by Treasury and Risk magazine, and was ranked as the top CFO in the engineering and construction industry by Institutional Investor magazine.

Mr. Porter has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Duke University and a Master in Professional Accounting (MPA) from the University of Texas at Austin, and he is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Andrea Bortner, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Andrea R. Bortner is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Maxar Technologies. She is based at our office in Westminster, Colorado.

Previous to joining SSL MDA in August 2016, Ms. Bortner served as EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer for Catalina. Prior to this role she held various roles of leadership at Harris Corporation. Ms. Bortner consulted as an executive coach for Insight Into Actions, Inc. and held progressively responsible positions with such leading companies as Electronic Data Systems, Georgetown University, PepsiCo (NYSE:PEP) and Gap Inc. (NYSE:GPS)

Ms. Bortner holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Her additional development includes leadership courses at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, along with numerous certifications in leadership, assessment, facilitation, and coaching.

Jeff Culwell, Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Culwell joined DigitalGlobe in 1998 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. DigitalGlobe’s Operations serves our Commercial and US Government customers, providing low latency imagery via direct access to the satellite or via electronic terrestrial communications. Jeff is also responsible for our satellite constellation, remote ground terminals, and our customer installations enabling direct access to the constellation.

Prior to DigitalGlobe, Jeff was at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory working on the Galileo mission to explore Jupiter and its moons and subsequently working on the Deep Space 1 mission to prove 13 new satellite technologies. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.

Tony Frazier, President Radiant Solutions

Tony previously served as Senior Vice President, General Manager of DigitalGlobe’s Services business. Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, he led GeoEye’s Marketing and Communications teams and provided executive oversight of its Information Services business. In this role, Tony led strategic initiatives to reposition GeoEye’s offerings, grow revenue, and diversify the business. Prior to joining GeoEye, Tony served as Senior Director of Product Management at Cisco Systems, where he brought to market emerging technologies core to Cisco’s video and collaboration strategy. Prior to Cisco, Tony held senior marketing roles at innovative technology firms of all sizes. He served as Vice President of Americas Marketing at Infor, Senior Vice President of Marketing at iPhrase Technologies an MIT start-up acquired by IBM, and Director of Business Development at pcOrder.com. Tony began his career in strategic consulting at Bain & Company. Tony holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard University, and a Bachelors of Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Stephanie Georges, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Stephanie previously served as DigitalGlobe’s SVP, Corporate Strategy, Communications and Marketing. She was an advisory partner with Genesis, Inc., a Denver-based consultancy since June 2013 where she provided strategy and investor relations consulting to companies in a broad range of industries. Prior to Genesis, she was Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development at CenturyLink. Serving in the same role at Qwest Communications International, she was one of four senior executives selected to join the CenturyLink Leadership Team, post-merger. During her ten years at both companies, Stephanie’s responsibilities included corporate strategy, product innovation, brand strategy, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Qwest, Stephanie held various management and analyst positions including 18 years covering the Telecommunications Services sector as a top-ranked sell-side analyst on Wall Street. Stephanie joined Qwest in 2002 from Morgan Stanley where she served as senior telecommunications services analyst, and was recognized as an “All-Star Analyst” by Institutional Investor Magazine and a “Top Stock Picker” by the Wall Street Journal. Stephanie has served as a director of Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. since July 2013. Stephanie holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Wellesley College.

Mike Greenley, Group President MDA

Most recently, Mr. Greenley was Sector President of L-3 WESCAM, based in Burlington, Ontario since 2016. L-3 WESCAM is a leader in Canada and worldwide in electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) imaging and targeting sensor systems across defence, homeland security and law enforcement markets. Previously from 2013 to 2016, Mr. Greenley served as vice president and general manager of CAE Canada, supporting defence and security markets. Prior to CAE, he served from 2008 to 2013 with General Dynamics (GD), first as vice president of strategy and business development for GD Canada, then as vice president international for GD Mission Systems. From 2004 to 2008, he served as vice president of the modeling and simulation business at CAE.

Mr. Greenley holds a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from the University of Waterloo. He is a former Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI). He is a past chair of the Industry Advisory Board, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) in Canada. In 2016, Mr. Greenley was named Defence Executive of the Year by Canadian Defence Review. He is also a 2012 recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for service to peers and country.

Jeff Guy, Senior Vice President, Integration and Performance

Jeff Guy is Senior Vice President, Integration and Performance at Maxar Technologies and is based in our office in Westminster, Colorado.

Mr. Guy joined DigitalGlobe in July 2011 and served in several roles including Senior Vice President, DigitalGlobe Finance; Vice President FP&A & Investment; and Vice President Business Transformation & Quality.

Prior to DigitalGlobe, from 2009-2011 Mr. Guy led transformational initiatives within the Technology Dvision of Hexagon (HEXA-B) in Calgary, Canada service as Vice President, Business Transformation. Prior to Hexagon, Mr. Guy spent 10 years at Trimble (TRMB) in the GPS technology business during a profitable revenue growth period from $342M to over $2.2B in revenue. Jeff held a variety of corporate level director roles in worldwide distribution, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, general management (P & L), merger and acquisition integration and business transformation. Jeff started his career in supply chain operations management with ITT in the Japanese automotive sector working as a tier one supplier to Honda, Mazda, and Toyota. Jeff has certifications as a kaizen facilitator and master black belt in Lean Six Sigma. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Supply Chain Management from Bowling Green and an MBA in International Business / Operations Management from the Haworth School of Business at Western Michigan University.

Michelle Kley*, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Michelle Kley is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Maxar Technologies. She is based in our office in Westminster, Colorado.

Ms. Kley joined SSL in January 2012, serving as Associate General Counsel, Vice President, Legal at SSL.

Previous to joining SSL, Ms. Kley worked as a Corporate Associate for several top-tier law firms in San Francisco, including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C. and Morrison & Foerster LLP.

Ms. Kley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology (with honors) from Sonoma State University and a J.D. degree from University of California Berkeley Law School (Boalt Hall). Ms. Kley is admitted to practice in the State of California and District of Columbia.

Randy Lynch, Senior Vice President, Finance Corporate Treasurer

Randy joined DigitalGlobe in April 2018 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, based in Westminster, Colorado. He also serves as Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of Maxar Technologies, DigitalGlobe’s parent company. As CFO, Randy is responsible for driving the financial performance of DigitalGlobe, including managing risk, planning and reporting. Previously, Randy worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for eight years, serving as Managing Director, Global Head of Aerospace and Defense. In that role he supported CEOs, CFOs and Boards of Directors, focusing on M&A and strategic finance. He has more than 20 years of finance experience at companies including AIG, Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. Randy has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jason Gursky, Vice President, Investor Relations

Jason Gursky was most recently the senior U.S. aerospace and defense analyst with Citigroup, where he was named a top stock picker and top earnings estimator in the space by Thompson Reuters in recent years. Previously he has covered technology supply chains for JPMorgan and held various management roles in the telecommunications sector. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley, an MA in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA in International Relations from UC Davis.

Jeff Robertson, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Risk Officer

Jeff Robertson joined DigitalGlobe in February 2014 and currently served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer.

Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, from 2009-2013, Jeff led the Information Technology organization at ADT Security Services, where he served as Chief Information Officer. ADT provides security, video, and home automation solutions to over 6.5 million residential customers and over 100,000 large corporations and US Government agencies.

Additionally, Jeff's prior experience includes launching an internet start-up and serving as a Senior IT Portfolio Director at CNA Financial Services. Jeff started his career at IBM and spent ten years at Andersen Consulting (later known as Accenture) supporting Finance & Performance Management. Jeff holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

Dr. Walter S. Scott, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Walter S. Scott is DigitalGlobe’s founder and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer. He was responsible for DigitalGlobe’s Platform and Services Business Units, as well as space system acquisition. From 1986 through 1992, Walter held a number of technical, program, and department management positions at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, including serving as the assistant associate director of the Physics Department. Prior to this, Walter served as president of Scott Consulting, a Unix systems and applications consulting firm. Walter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College and a Doctorate and Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Marcy Steinke, Senior Vice President Government Relations and Public Policy

Ms. Steinke previously served as Senior Vice President of Government Relations and Public Policy for DigitalGlobe. Previously, she served as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force, director of congressional legislative affairs for the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon and as director of the operations directorate at the White House. Marcy holds a Masters, HSA from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The College of St. Scholastica.

Bruce Stephenson, Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer

Bruce W. Stephenson is Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at Maxar Technologies. He is based at our office in Westminster, Colorado.

Previous to joining Maxar in October 2016, Mr. Stephenson was a Partner at Bain & Company, a global consulting firm, since 2000. He collaborated with senior executives in the global aerospace and defense sector and other industries to develop and implement growth strategies, assess and integrate acquisitions, and implement performance improvement initiatives. Mr. Stephenson was an active duty U.S. Air Force officer from 1988-1998, serving in military space leadership roles at the National Reconnaissance Office, 45th Space Wing, and 2nd Space Operations Squadron. Following his active duty career, he continued to serve as a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve until his retirement in 2012, focusing on space systems acquisitions, architectures and policy.

Jose Torres, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer

Jose Torres is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Maxar Technologies and is based in our office in Westminster, Colorado.

Jose joined DigitalGlobe in January 2016 as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. Jose has over 22 years of experience in public company accounting, financial planning & reporting, treasury, and audit.

Prior to joining DigitalGlobe, Jose was the Vice President of Accounting, Financial Reporting and MIS for The ADT Corporation; the leader in home and business security solutions in North America. During his tenure at ADT, he led the optimization and simplification efforts of the controllership function, which resulted in the reduction in the month-end close processes, establishment of best practices, and implementation and leveraging of ADT’s finance systems. Prior to joining ADT, Jose held a number of roles with Tyco Int’l including North America Regional Assistant Controller, where he was instrumental in leading the Tyco’s finance transformation efforts which resulted in the establishment of an accounting shared service center in Boca Raton, FL. Prior roles include Corporate Controller for SimplexGrinnell (a Division of Tyco Int’l), Controller for optical retailer Sterling Vision and Assistant Treasurer at Safety Components International. Jose started his career in New York as a public accountant with Arthur Andersen. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New York, New Jersey and Florida. Jose has a BS in Accounting and Business Management from Boston College, and a MBA from Florida Atlantic University.

Richard White, President Government Systems SSL

Mr. Richard L. White is President of Government Systems SSL, a leading provider of innovative satellites and spacecraft systems. In this role, he is responsible for bringing SSL and MDA capabilities to serve the U.S. Government.

Mr. White is an experienced senior U.S. Government programs executive with deep knowledge and access across numerous U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence, and civilian agencies. He has held leadership positions in general management, programs management, engineering, and business development across multiple mission areas. These include intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, satellite antennas and payloads, and cyber security.

Mr. White was previously Chief Executive Officer at Capstone Corporation, a privately held services provider to the U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence, and civilian agencies.

Before that he served in senior management roles at Harris Corporation in its Government Communications Systems Division from 1982 to 2013. These included President, Healthcare Solutions; Vice President and General Manager, Cyber Integrated Solutions; Senior Executive, Washington D.C. Regional Operations; Vice President Programs, Information Technology Services; Vice President Business Development, Intelligence Agencies; and Director, Space Programs.

Mr. White is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology. Rich resides in Reston, Virginia, and is located at the SSL Government Systems office in northern Virginia.

His affiliations include the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), the Space Foundation, and the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF).

Anil Wirasekara, Executive Vice President

Anil Wirasekara is Executive Vice President of Maxar Technologies. He is based at our office in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Mr. Wirasekara joined in 1992 and served as Manager of Operations Information and Financial Management at MDA, where he was a key manager in implementing the Company’s growth and diversification strategy.

Previous to joining MDA, Mr. Wirasekara held a variety of financial management positions with a large multi-national organization as well as five years with Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Wirasekara’s professional affiliations include the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), The Society of Management Accountants of B.C. and the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Sri Lanka). He is also a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Management (UK).

Dario Zamarian, Group President SSL

Mr. Dario Zamarian was appointed Group President of SSL in August 2017. He is based at our office in Palo Alto.

Mr. Zamarian brings a wealth of experience in leading transformative growth and strategic leadership to SSL, where he works closely with the senior executive team to support the needs of satellite operators around the world and drive growth into new markets.

Before joining SSL, Mr. Zamarian advised multiple technology companies affiliated with The Blackstone Group and served on several of their company boards. Most notably, he was instrumental in the strategy formulation, acquisition and integration activities that formed Optiv Security, a market-leading provider of end-to-end cyber security solutions.

Prior to that, Mr. Zamarian was Dell’s Global Vice President and Worldwide General Manager of the Enterprise Systems & Solutions and the Networking Divisions from 2010-2013. Mr. Zamarian served as Vice President and General Manager, Systems and Network Management at Cisco Systems from 2004-2010.

Previously he held positions in corporate strategy, product management, sales and software engineering for several technology firms in Silicon Valley.

Mr. Zamarian holds an M.S.E.E. from Polytechnic of Turin, Torino, Italy and an M.B.A from INSEAD (European Institute of Business Administration), Fontainebleau, France.
